1. All sales are final.
2. The home at the address supplied by you will be inspected on a date agreed by email between you and our assigned technician, who will initiate contact with you in good time.
3. If the home fails, you will request and pay for another test.
4. If the home is not ready for testing, you will request and pay for another test. Please familiarize yourself with the checklist of issues which may prevent testing, or cause failure, available here.
5. If our technician does not arrive to test the home on the mutually agreed date as per email, you will be entitled to a full refund as well as a free retest.
6. Our technician will email a report (as recommended by the Building Officials Association of Florida) to you within 2 working days of the test.
